With 18 years of experience at Win Projects, John Bone is one of the most experienced members of the Win Projects team and a well-known figure in the Fraser Coast property and business community. 

John has more than 18 years of experience across project marketing, commercial real estate, residential land sales and leasing. During his time with Win Projects, he has been involved in numerous significant transactions across the Fraser Coast, including multi-million-dollar commercial and residential sales. 

John specialises in project marketing and residential land developments. He has successfully marketed and sold a number of high-profile residential estates across the Fraser Coast, including The Springs, Indigo Blue, Ocean Blue, Kingfisher Gardens, Central Acres, Christensen Ridge and Bimbadeen Estate. 

With several of these developments now sold out and others continuing to progress, John has played an important role in connecting buyers with new residential communities and supporting the growth of the Fraser Coast. 

His commercial property experience is equally strong. John provides sales and leasing services to a portfolio of national and major corporate clients and has worked with organisations including Woolworths, Aldi, IGA, the Queensland Government, National Australia Bank, Mitre 10, BP Reliance Petroleum, APN News and Media, and McDonald’s. 

John’s experience working with major national brands, government organisations and private clients gives him a strong understanding of complex property transactions and the importance of achieving the right result for every client. 

Born and raised on a dairy farm in Victoria, John has called Hervey Bay home since 2002. He has also been actively involved in the local business and community sector through organisations including the Chamber of Commerce and the Fraser Coast Anglican College Board. 

Known for his down-to-earth approach, strong negotiation skills and ability to close a deal, John brings extensive market knowledge and practical experience to every transaction.
