Frankie joined the Win Group team in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in team management, real estate and office administration. 

As Office Manager, Frankie plays a key role across the day-to-day operations of Win Group, supporting the team, coordinating projects and keeping communication flowing between clients, buyers, contractors, developers and the wider team. Her role spans administration, property and project coordination, client communication, marketing and business support. 

Known for her organised and practical approach, Frankie has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in making sure the small things are handled properly. She enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, solving problems and keeping projects moving from the initial stages through to completion. 

Frankie values clear communication, strong working relationships and doing what she says she will do. She takes a hands-on approach to her work and is always looking for ways to improve processes, support the team and deliver a positive experience for clients. 

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Frankie relocated to Hervey Bay and has embraced the lifestyle and community of the Fraser Coast.
