Glen Winney is the Managing Director of Win Group and one of the Fraser Coast’s most experienced property and development professionals, with more than 35 years of industry experience. 

A Hervey Bay resident for over 45 years, Glen’s career has spanned construction, real estate, project marketing, commercial sales and leasing, property development, asset management and major project delivery. He established and grew Century 21 Project Marketing Queensland before founding Win Projects in 2010, initially operating as Knight Frank Fraser Coast. 

Today, Glen leads a diversified group of property businesses, including Win Projects, Win Consulting Queensland and Hervey Bay Commercial Property Management. He has been involved in delivering and marketing a wide range of residential land estates, apartment developments, commercial projects, industrial developments and mixed-use properties throughout the Fraser Coast and wider Queensland market. 

Glen’s key strength is his ability to assess property from every angle—from market demand and commercial feasibility through to planning, construction, marketing, sales and long-term asset performance. His extensive local networks and practical understanding of the development process allow him to identify opportunities, anticipate risks and deliver commercially realistic outcomes. 

Since 2019, Glen has served as President of the Fraser Coast Property Industry Association, advocating for housing supply, infrastructure investment, economic development and sustainable regional growth. 

A Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, licensed real estate agent, licensed builder and qualified project manager, Glen combines strong governance and strategic leadership with genuine hands-on delivery experience. His approach is grounded in local knowledge, long-term relationships and a commitment to creating projects that contribute positively to the Fraser Coast.
