Principal, Glen Winney, has been involved in the Real Estate Industry in the region since 1990. Our expertise is our local knowledge and qualified staff. Win Projects was originally established as Knight Frank Fraser Coast and re-branded to Win Projects in January 2015.

History of Win Projects
Win Projects opened on 1 February 2010 as Knight Frank Fraser Coast and our aim was to become the best specialist office on the Fraser Coast. We believe we achieved this in our first five years and have continued to build upon this achievement. We class our achievement against numerous criteria including market knowledge, market share in sales and leasing, reputation, customer satisfaction and referral business.
Our results from a standing start to that of a leading local agency in Project Marketing and Commercial Sales on the Fraser Coast are proof of our achievements to date. Our status was achieved through market knowledge, continuous networking, advertising, informative columns in the local newspaper, supporting the local community through events such as the Hervey Bay Business Awards and, more importantly, through client satisfaction and referral. In 2013 and 2014 we were a finalist in the REIQ state awards for Commercial Real Estate Agency of the Year.
In 2015, we rebranded to Win Projects to partner closely with our sister company Win Consulting Qld and allow us to focus on all aspects of the property cycle from acquisition, project management during construction through to sales, leasing, property management and project marketing.
